Brainstorm Technology are resellers of Web Hosting. As such the level of support we can offer is restricted to us by our suppliers.
What this means for you, our customer, is that the support you require will depend on the nature of your problem. To help you identify the support you need, we have identified 3 different levels of support :
- Support Level 1 - Usually means the problem can be fixed by you. Use the support application below to try to fix your problem.
- Support Level 2 - Usually means the problem can be fixed by Brainstorm Technology support. Use the console to submit a support request.
- Support Level 3 - Usually means we have to refer your problem to our suppliers (more often than not, in this instance the problem you are having will be one that relates to all of our clients and not just you).
